Accountable Service Standards
As a trusted education provider, our commitment runs deep in providing accessible, quality education that nurtures and shapes individuals. Essentially, enabling our students to achieve their personal and professional best.

With that in mind, we continually strive to improve our services to meet our students’ needs, well guided by regulatory requirements. Some of the service standards we uphold include:

Type of Requests / ServicesResponse Time
Release of exam results To be released not more than three (3) weeks from date of exam.
Appeal on examination results To be processed not more than three (3) weeks from receipt of application.
Refund for Withdrawal To be processed within the next seven (7) working days from the date student confirms withdrawing from course and puts in a refund request, and upon receiving all documents required to process the refund (excluding time taken for postal services or external processing by banks).
Complaint Resolution Resolution of valid complaint within (14) working days.
Response Time for all Online and Email Enquiries Response to enquiry within 3 working days.
