Programme Duration

This is an accelerated programme which allows a typical 3-year programme to be completed between 16* and 28 months on a full-time basis. It allows Year 1 as well as Year 2 entry with relevant Diploma qualifications.

Programme Exemptions

*The University of Newcastle, Australia (UON) has developed a number of credit transfer agreements with local Polytechnics and overseas institutions, which may result in shorter duration and course fee reduction. Visit here for more information.

Students can opt to transfer and/ or complete their studies in Australia after a trimester completion. Student who transfers to Australia will be required to pay tuition fees applicable on-campus at the time of commencement at The University of Newcastle.

Admissions Requirement

  • GCE A Level (Minimum 3 subjects in H2 level or 2 subjects at H2 level and up to 2 subjects at H1 level); OR
  • 3-year Diploma from Singapore's Polytechnic; OR
  • PSB Academy Diploma in Business Administration; OR
  • Other Diploma or equivalent qualification would be assessed on a case by case basis

English Language Proficiency

All Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the University’s English proficiency requirement. Applicants who do not speak English as a first language must demonstrate that they meet the University's English proficiency requirement through one of the following methods:

IGCSE – A level English or Humanities

Individual Skills Test: Section minimum 6.0 R/L/S/W

Students must obtain 60% or more in each of the 4 exams.
