Overview

Introduction

This degree is designed for students who would like to undertake a degree in the principle areas of business and commerce. It is suitable preparation for students who would like to become professionals in a Management and Marketing. The degree consists of compulsory core subjects including a capstone subject and will be taken with a double major in Management and Marketing. The aim is to provide a foundation for the understanding of the business and commercial environment.

Programme Structure

Programme Duration

This is an accelerated programme which allows a typical 3-year programme to be completed in 2 years.

Options are available for those who wish to transfer to and complete their studies in Australia. Students who intend to complete their Bachelor of Commerce in Australia will be required to pay tuition fees applicable on-campus at the time of commencement at The University of Wollongong. Programme Structure

The programme consist of 24 modules and can be completed within 24 months*. It is jointly taught by both University of Wollongong faculty and local lecturers.

*Advanced standing credit may be granted for applicants with relevant diplomas/advanced diplomas. The number of exemptions given will depend on the relevance of the qualification to the course of study.


Assessment and Examination

Assessments may include assignments, tests, projects, and final examinations.

Full-Time: 960 hours

Maximum Candidature Period

Maximum of 10 years to complete the BComm. However, it is strongly advised to finish within 7 years.

Delivery Mode

Lectures, tutorials and project assignments will be conducted within PSB Academy campus.  

Some modules may be delivered by our university partners’ teaching staff in an intensive block mode.

Minimum Number of Students Before a Class Commences

Minimum 25 students are required before commencement of classes.
