What are some new discoveries you’ve made about yourself after taking the Identi3 test?

I’ve definitely understood myself better after taking the Identi3 test.

This “awakening” has helped me gain the affirmation, courage and confidence to approach situations and people in a manner most suited to my personality type.

It is like having a new lease of life!

How have those discoveries helped you in your personal life?

Those who are closest to me always regard me as an “influencer”, and I’ve always felt a little embarrassed by that label.

Interestingly enough, my “influencer” traits have been further affirmed by Identi3. In fact, one of my personality types is a “Networker”, which I now fully embrace with confidence, knowing that there are specific strengths that Networkers can harness to get an edge over others – be it for my project work, and most importantly, my career search.

My other personality type is a “Carer”, which gives me the natural ability to empathise with others around me, and if necessary, give them a helping hand should they encounter problems (a quality that many of my schoolmates appreciate!). I discovered that this personal touch allowed me to forge many good relations with the people I’ve had the pleasure to cross paths with.

More importantly, thanks to the guidance of PSB Academy’s certified Identi3 career coaches, I was also able to identify some of my shortcomings that I need to overcome.

How has Identi3 helped you in terms of your professional development and career?

Thanks to Identi3, I now fully embrace the fact that my ability to network comes naturally to me, which of course is advantageous to my career preparation and search.

I’m also very forthcoming in seeking career advisory support and I’ve often found solutions because of this quality, in comparison to non-networkers who may be too shy to reach out to others if they encounter a problem.

Psychologically, I feel a lot happier and confident about myself too!

Would you recommend Identi3 to others? And why?

Definitely, I will recommend others to take the Identi3 test!  Knowing ourselves better is the most important thing to turn our dreams and goals into reality.

If you could sum up your experience using Identi3 in one positive quote, what would that be?

The more we know ourselves, the easier it is to get on the right track for success!
