I found out about PSB Academy through a friend of mine as I was looking at pursuing a tourism & hospitality diploma. As I explored the various institutions that offer such a programme, I decided on PSB Academy due to its convenient location and the duration of the programme as it allows me to plan my schedule around my work and studies.

I initially felt that my decision to enrol in the Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management was hasty as I did not want to miss the intake date, however, looking back I have no regrets and am thankful that I chose to study at PSB Academy.

The diploma has given me the skills and knowledge I require to handle my daily tasks. I have learned about the entire hotel management system, from customer booking to customer checkout. I’ve also learned about different types of food handling systems. I have also learnt to think and communicate in a team. Without it, I wouldn’t have been able to complete any group assignments with my group members. Team dynamics are also important to push the team forward.

PSB Academy has provided me with the knowledge and experiences I desire to pursue my ideal career in the future in a shorter time frame.

I will definitely recommend PSB Academy to my friends and family.
