Back in secondary school, I did not fare as well as I expected for my O levels. As I have always wanted to pursue a career in the financial services industry, I began looking around at relevant programmes and I came across the Diploma in FinTech offered by PSB Academy and decided to enrol into this programme. One of the main reasons why I chose PSB Academy is because of its campus location as it’s conveniently located in downtown near the CBD which I love!

PSB Academy has allowed me to continue pursuing my higher education all the way up to a university degree in a shorter period to equip me with the knowledge I need to pursue my ideal career in the future.

Through the FinTech Diploma, I gained a lot of professional insights from the lecturers with firsthand knowledge in the financial services industry as they themselves are professionals in the industry.

I learnt technical skills that I feel are relevant in the industry and the lecturers were supportive and inspired me to do better which led to me receiving the award for the top student in my programme.

Societal stereotypes and perceptions of an education from a PEI might work to my disadvantage but I am confident in the skills and knowledge I have gained through the programme to help me secure a career in the financial services industry.

I would highly recommend PSB Academy to my family and friends.
