A-level holders and mature candidates3 can enrol for our Accounting Diploma. Upon completion, they can further their accounting degree studies with our partner universities3.
With an accounting degree, you can also enjoy exemptions under the Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services Examination (CMFAS) examinations – which is a requirement if you’re looking to become a licensed financial adviser.
You can enjoy Module 8 (Collective Investment Schemes) exemption if you hold a degree qualification in accountancy/finance/business-related subjects, and Module 6A (Securities and Futures Product Knowledge), 8A (Collective Investment Schemes II) or 9A (Life Insurance and Investment-Linked Policies II)4 exemptions if you possess finance-related degree qualifications.
As a matter of fact, having a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is an enrolment requirement for Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholders5.
Graduates from selected universities can enjoy exemptions for professional accounting certifications such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), Singapore CA (Singapore Chartered Accountant), and ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales)6.
At the postgraduate’s level, students can go for an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in finance.
