Mr. Adaikkalavan Adaikkalavan
Assistant Director
Adaikkalavan is an Assistant Director in School of Engineering and Technology at PSB Academy. He graduated with Bachelor of Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, and Master of Computer Applications from University of Madras, India. He obtained Advance Diploma in Teaching Higher Education, validated by Nottingham Trent University, UK. He holds certifications from Institute of Technical Education, Singapore for The Effective Supervisor, Coaching Skills, Instructional Skills, and Planning & Implementing OJT.
Adai has 16 years of experience in running UK University programmes in Singapore PEIs. Prior coming to PSB Academy, he worked as Vice Principal, Head of Department in BMC International College, Stamford Raffles College and Raffles Academy. He managed University of Hertfordshire, University of Derby and Nottingham Trent University programmes – MBA, BEng (Hons) EEE & ECE, BSc (Hons) Computer Science and BA (Hons) Business Administration. He also handled Diploma and Advance Diploma programmes from IMIS, Pearson and NCC Education.
Adai has more than 20 years of vast teaching experience. He has lectured various modules at Masters, Bachelors, Higher/Advance Diploma and Diploma levels. Adai’s motivation and guidance has journeyed his students to participate in international competitions and to achieve top prizes.
Adaikkalavan is the member of Singapore Computer society.
Aside from his responsibilities in teaching, Adai contributes as a member of the Teaching and Learning Committee at PSB Academy.
