Mr. Lijush is currently the Assistant Director (Academic) overseeing diploma programmes in School of Business and Management. He holds a Master of Tourism Management and has undergone training in hotels and airlines during his studies. He acquired work experience in the hotel and airline industry across India and in Dubai, UAE.

Along with the experience gained from the industry and his passion for academia, Lijush bags close to two decades of experience in teaching, designing, and review of academic programmes. He has excellent classroom management skills and develops a rapport with students and colleagues which is characterized by mutual respect. He is well-versed in all hospitality operations with his experience and has a strong research interest in tourism planning and sustainable development, which is his forte.

Aside from his academic responsibilities in assisting to manage the school, Lijush contributes as a member of the Module Assessment Board at PSB Academy.
