Graduate Attributes

The Graduate Attributes at PSB Academy define the skills and capabilities a PSB Academy graduate will have upon completing their studies. These attributes align with the institution’s strategic vision and reflect our aspirations for our students, as well as the qualities they can expect to develop during their time at PSB Academy.

Our Graduate Attributes for all Integrated Programme, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate students are:

• Critical Thinking: A PSB Academy graduate demonstrates the ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate evidence, and think critically to develop innovative solutions. They possess the intellectual agility to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
• Digital Literacy: A PSB Academy graduate possesses the necessary digital literacy skills to thrive in a technology-driven world. They are adept at utilizing digital tools, platforms, and technologies to communicate, collaborate, and solve problems effectively.
• Innovative and Sustainable: A PSB Academy graduate is equipped with the knowledge and skills to contribute to sustainable development. They understand the importance of environmental, social, and economic responsibility and are committed to finding innovative solutions that address global challenges.

At PSB Academy, we provide various resources to support the integration of these Graduate Attributes into resources, activities, and discussions with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders. These resources aim to empower our students to develop and embody these attributes throughout their educational journey and beyond.

Students will learn in-curriculum through their learning journey to enhance the holistic development of their skills and competencies. However, at PSB Academy, we understand that education goes beyond the classroom.

Through our Students Success Office (SSO), students have the opportunity to participate in industry visits, where they can gain firsthand insights into various industries and understand the practical applications of their studies. These visits allow students to connect with professionals, network with industry leaders, and explore potential career paths.

In addition to industry visits, the SSO organizes career mastery workshops that equip students with essential skills and knowledge to excel in the job market. These workshops cover a wide range of topics, including resume writing, interview techniques, personal branding, and networking strategies. These out-of-curricular activities complement our PSB students to enhance their employability and develop a competitive edge in their chosen fields, emerging as holistic thinkers of tomorrow.
