Women have achieved success and made great contributions in recent times, but it’s also unfortunate that many women today face major hurdles when it comes to equal rights and opportunities. Whether it is pay parity, access to education, or even basic rights such as safety and security from harassment, we still have a long way to go. Some women may even choose not to seize the opportunities available to them due to social expectations or norms.
In celebration of the International Women’s Day theme for 2021 – #ChoosetoChallange, this online forum aims to highlight the challenges and struggles faced by businesswomen as well as to celebrate their successes.
