Time*: AM: 8.30am – 11.30am, PM: 1pm – 4pm, EVE: 5.30pm – 8.30pm
Venue: Raffles City Convention Centre, Singapore, Level 4 – Fairmont Ballroom, 80 Bras Basah Rd, Singapore 189560
*The timing of the Graduation Ceremony is subject to change. You will be notified of the confirmed timing closer to the event through a final email sent to your registered address, providing you with all the necessary details.
Important information to note before registration
Covid-19 postponement and illness
1. Should the Singapore government impose the Safe Management Measures (SMM) restrictions for events which could result in the postponement of the Graduation Ceremony, PSB Academy will keep you posted on the new arrangements or alternatives for the Graduation Ceremony, if any.
2. Should the government impose the SMM restrictions for events and resulted in the cancellation of the Ceremony, a full refund of the ticket fee will be given back to you.
3. In the event you are ill and are unable to attend the ceremony, you will be provided with the following, provided you are able to provide proof of medical certificate:
- Full refund of the ticket fee will be given if you have not collected the gown from the vendor.
- In addition, the gown rental fee of SGD70/80* will be refunded, if you have collected the gown from the vendor

4. Please ensure both yourself and the guests are well and healthy when attending the ceremony. If the guest is not feeling well, you may change the guest you are inviting to the Ceremony.
The graduation ceremony is a two-step registration process. Please ensure you complete the 2 steps:
(1) graduation registration and fee payment and
(2) gown rental registration fee and fee payment, to secure and confirm the seats to the Graduation Ceremony.

Closing Date for Ticket Sales: Monday, 3 July 2023, 12pm or when the full capacity of the Ballroom is reached, whichever is earlier. As the graduation tends to run on a full house, graduands are advised to register early.
