The results of the recent 2023 Graduate Employment Survey (GES) by PSB Academy shows an impressive 84% employment rate within 6 months of exams, a significant increase from 78% the previous year.
Our graduates also experience pay raises and promotions, highlighting their skills’ value. In 2023, of the graduates who were employed, close to 1 in 2 were given a pay raise, 1 in 4 were given a promotion and 1 in 5 were converted to a permanent role.
PSB Academy’s diverse student population of about 17, 000 learners reflect our commitment to fostering inclusivity and a vibrant learning environment, preparing individuals for careers and challenges of a competitive job market through training, education, and support services.
